Frequently asked questions

What medications do you prescribe?

Willow offers access to the following medications, when appropriate and prescribed by a US-licensed doctor:

  • Semaglutide injection
  • Semaglutide oral dissolving tablets
  • Tirzepatide injection
  • NAD+ injection

Availability may vary by state, eligibility, and doctor determination.

Do you require insurance?

At Willow, accessibility is a core value, and we're committed to making our program as accessible as possible for qualified patients. We offer affordable pricing without the need for restrictive and slow processes that would delay the start of your weight loss journey. Willow does not require insurance, and accepts HSA/FSA.

Do I need a doctor referral?

At Willow, we've streamlined the enrollment process to ensure accessibility and comfort. You can join our program without the hassle of obtaining a doctor's referral, and immediately be evaluated by one of Willow's US-licensed doctors. All from the comfort of your own home. We prioritize simplicity and inclusivity in our approach to health and wellness.

What if side effects occur?

All medications, including the GLP-1 and NAD+ treatments offered through Willow, carry potential side effects and risks, which vary by product. Your Willow physician will review your medical history and discuss what to expect before you start treatment.

If you experience side effects while on any Willow medication, please reach out to the Willow team promptly for assistance or to address any concerns.

For complete safety information on each of our medications, including possible side effects, warnings, and precautions, visit our Important Safety Information page.

Do I need to make changes to my diet with Willow?

We believe in a sustainable and flexible approach to nutrition, without imposing limitations on your diet. Our goal is to guide you in establishing healthy eating habits, complemented by the medication. We encourage maintaining a nourishing, high-protein diet, and many patients report losing weight without needing uncomfortably restrictive dieting or calorie counting

How long will it take to receive my medication?

Once your Willow doctor verifies your identity, reviews your health history, and writes your prescription, we’ll send your order to our Willow pharmacy. Pharmacy processing takes 2–4 business days. After it ships, delivery to your home typically takes 2–3 days via FedEx or UPS.

In rare periods of high volume, timelines can extend. If that happens, or if you have any questions, please reach out to our Patient Services team. We are always happy to help!
